connecting with yourself

‘(Floating is) the most important tool I have ever used for developing my mind, for thinking, for evolving’ - Joe Rogan

Spend some quality time with yourself

Many people say that the hour in the float tank is the only time they put their phone away, press pause on other demands, and check in on their internal state. Floating helps us to connect to ourselves without distraction.

We know the cost of not staying in touch with our minds and bodies - such as poor health, anxiety, stress, insomnia, and burnout. Floating can help remedy some of these things, but it also does a good job of keeping us connected and well, so that we don’t need to bring ourselves back from the brink!

An hour in the pod can help us feel our external and internal body, reconnect with what’s important to us, and observe our thoughts.

This might help us process what’s happening in our lives, think about things from another perspective, or give us time to consider what we might want to change or how to do that.

However you use your float to connect with yourself, you’re giving your body a real treat at the same time!
